im 14 and haven't hit puberty i turned 14 on the 31st of January my doctors recommend test for me if i dont hit puberty buy like june. is there anything i can do before that and would it be better to take the test or wait. And is being a late bloomer off test good?

i play football (American) and im going into high school so will have access to weight room. also im starting swim this year which i know is really good because i have a older half brother (not gonna explain why cuz its complicated) who is shredded. my diet is ok but could be improved. I usually skip lunch because im kinda picky when it comes to school food and options for food i can bring to school. which i know is bad so i will probably start to eat more

it can as testosterone converts to estradiol however just a good diet is enough ai is a bit overkill unless youre running high test you have to take
