Usually around 18 but in your case you’ll probably continue into early 20s. You’ll know when you stop getting growth spurts and get more hair, and voice deepens

all my family has good facial + body hairs so i'd assume its from the lack of puberty.
all my family has deepvoices tho,im 17 its deep asf but still cracks idk why.
