Pubertymaxxing with creatine

I've heard that creatine is good for increasing DHT (bigger dick), and I'm wondering how much I should take to avoid stomach issues like diarrhea. Every morning I drink a mixture of raw eggs, milk, and honey (a total of 300 ml), but could I add creatine to that drink? How much? Half a scoop? I'm 14, by the way.

Creatine just pulls water into the muscle cells instead of skin cells. Overtime it leads to increased strength and power, better training volume, and more muscle gain (only if you train harder)

So yeah, take it and mark as solution

creatine doesnt increase DHT. yes you can take it with anything. 0.1g per kg of bodyweight for gym performance and muscles. 10-15g for cognitive function, remember to stay hydrated
