In Türkiye, it's practically impossible to get a TRT prescription from public hospitals, hell they don't even let me get a hormone profile check if I've had one recently.
But if you have private insurance, doctors do whatever the fuck you want.
Government does that to cut costs so maybe countries with more healthcare spending do better than this but It's always doomed to fail.
If we had private healthcare now, I could get my hormone checked in a private hopital with my own hard earned money instead of subsidizing some bum who rushed his daughter to urgent care at the night because she sneezed.
