Puffy gums

I have braces rn gonna get them off in a few weeks got really puffy gums and if I don’t fix them I I get the ugly metal retainer how to fix puffy gums

its normal for them to be swollen but make sure to thoroughly floss and use mouthwash for gum disease. it should help
