puffy nipple no pain

recently i noticed one of my nipples got a bit puffy like i have no pain or nun im eating clean and everything

last 2 weeks i was drinking a bit more beer so i think it raised my estro

what do i do

if there's no gland it's probably prolactin, you can lower it with p5p, take like 200 mg for a few days then drop back to 100.
