Pull ups causing forearm fatigue

I used the counterweight machine because I am still too weak and after 3 sets I felt mostly in foprearm and they were so tired that I had to weighht l;ike 10 min before I could contin ue with workout. Please give me a pull up progression

You use the rubber band shit whateber its called, not the machine

When your ready you do 10 regular pull ups then you add weight. Before I could do pull ups with 30 kg extra using the belt, now I can barely do 10 because I stopped doing them daily

Ill try with a pull up band then and see.

Wide grip will give you the V shape. It’s one of the best if not the best for V taper
i do wide grip rows because i get better engagement is that okay

Gym is full of incels thinking it will get them laid. I am literally bingeing food drinking beer and still slaying rn bc of face and JBW

Forearms are usually the limiting factor in most compound lifts in which they are used.

Forearms are worked on the pullup so this is not a problem. Try putting your thumbs on top of the bar with your other fingers.

For better forearm/grip strength Incorporate sets of dead hangs in your workout routine or even better do them at home every few hours following the grease the grove method if you have a door pull up bar.

And as a pull up progression negatives really are among the best and better than pull ups with a resistance band imo
 
Whats the best way to increase the exact forearm muscles you use for pullups? It's the only place I lack strength and endurance for them.

I cant get my head above the bar. I can keep doing the rest for another 10 sets or so
I guess my forearmz are preventing me
It's probably just that it becomes mechanically disadvantageous at a certain point in the lift and your pulling muscles are too fatigued after a couple reps to generate enough power to get full ROM and then when you struggle with another way to complete the ROM it just feels like it's your forearms. You could do holds in the top position or partial reps starting halfway up.
