Pulling an all nighter to fix my sleeping schedule

Its 7am and im already tired lol

I’ve done this hundreds of times. I would stay awake for 30+ hours.

Go to sleep and gradually sleep earlier. Sleep at 7 AM now, and then tomorrow at 5 AM, and then the day after tomorrow at 3 AM, etc.

That’s how you do it. One hour of sleep is way better than zero sleep. Take it from me.

Yhh same same i do the opposite tho

I stay up and say i famm asleep at 5PM next day i keep myself awake til 6PM and so on and so forth

Interesting. I plan on sleeping before 9 AM, and setting up an alarm clock for 3 PM.

Thats weak bro 9am is in 2 hours keep yourself awake for as long as possible today and your problem will be solved thats what im doing
