Lack of sleep is a horrible feeling and every time it happens it shortens your lifespan a little. I have severe sleep issues and usually wake up 1-3 times during each sleep, and often can't get back to sleep. There have been a few times when I had a job that I had to pull all nighters when I couldn't sleep and one time I was awake 42h. Absolute misery
