Does thumb pulling and chin tucks actually work? I’ve been seeing tons of videos about it, some saying it’s real and some saying it’s fake, idk who to believe. Any help wether it be studies or personal experience would be much appreciated.

there are no sources that prove their effectiveness and there are also no sources that refute them. In my experience, this doesn't work. Short-term exposure will not help, devices like MSE are needed.
