I prefer doing them last as an afterburn,some people like doing them as a warmup

whatever works for you
 
pull ups before tbh, hit the lats fresh and give them all you got because they need good amount of focus on control and stretch.
 
Do both. Pull ups r for width and rows for thickness, but I’d prioritise pull ups
