Pullups is the hardest workout. Most people cant do 1 pullup

Pull-ups, done properly, are as close to a genetic predisposition as an exercise can be. It involves “natural strength,” “tendon strength,” whatever you want to call it. Few people can do more than four repetitions. 90% can’t do 10.

I have upper body strength and coordination. Im naturally strong and can do over 25 pullups and 30 pushups per set
 
Pull ups are easy shit.

Muscle up is your barrier to entry for a decent physique.

One arm pull up to be Chad.
