I got some bacne and chest acne but Idgaf

This random bodybuilder came up to me saying I look shredded asf and asked how long I’ve been training etc etc.

Then he told me, if you wanna get rid of the acne you just gotta pop pumpkin seed oil pills.
I mean he’s big as shit, roided and has 0 acne

Is his option valid or not

Should I od on these pills to get rid of bacne?

Im not sure about pills but I know people rub the oil on their face or the affected area. Pumpkin seed oil is especially high in vitamin A which will soften the skin and increases cell turnover which controls sebum production
