pure or dilluted peppermint oil?

for eyebrows application, is the dilluted version safer long term? or is it cope and pure oil mogs but people are too scared of burning skin.

I use it in shampoo, so diluted. They say the pure version can irritate the skin, try it out.

Honestly for eyebrows use Minox its way more reliable.
The main reason to use Peppermint Oil is its safety around the eyes so using it on lashes is a good idea.
If pure Peppermint Oil won't spill into your eyes which it won't if you put it on brows go for it.
If you use it on lashes dilute few drops of it into Castor/Coconut/Olive Oil then apply.
