Purely leanmaxxing?

Is this purely the result of leanmaxxing? Their jaw almost seems inconsistent to the point it raises some suspicions for me. Fillers, wrap around implants? Their cheeks look rather defined from being initially boneless appearing. They're obviously eye colour frauding in some pics. From wageslave to Vietnamese prettyboy. Idk where they're from I just feel like I can smell the name Nguyen

Leanmaxxing and picturemaxxing. He had a good base but the picture angle and lighting were bad. The main change I see that seems strange is the eyes, but he could be squinting. Also judging by his surname, I presume that he is hapa.

Leaner and better picture quality is most of it.

Possibly some fillers around the eye area/cheekbones? tbh I think it's possible it's just pure leanmaxxing
