Purging acne

How do you avoid a purging phase with Accutane if you take 1mg/kg? Is there anything I could take, is it worth to just take a smaller dose like 40mg to avoid risks of purging?

i never purged on accutane,, i think it rarely happens...

idfk 40 either way is overkill im twink weight either way. And yes i took daily.
