Average girth in western/northern europe is 5". In the US condom study you linked above it was 4.8". I don't think this is a contradiction. There are small differences between populations, and I don't think it's unlikely that the true average girth in the US might be 4.8", while it's 5" in western europe.

The studies are BS, and they're basically NBPEL measurements.

Literally just looked at the meta-analysis that is frequently quoted by people coping with their below average dick size (but think they're above average).
