what probably happened was his veins constricted cuz of the cold and cuz the skin is really thin it started to become dark and dry, @Lonenely sigma am i right ?

sometimes near my cheekbones the skin feels a bit rough, like in a very small area, i wonder if that's what you call ice burns

Idk, it looks black and hollow now, it usually does not look that bad at all... I have a bit of black-ish coloring usually but now they are really bad. I am scared to death of it never getting back to "normal"
