Legit if you just eat your natural foods ( Meat, eggs, some dairy, organs, blood )
You will become metabolically healthy. You will become biochemically healthy. Within a few months, you will feel elevated mood and energy
After a few months, your appetite will reduce. You are now eating REAL nutrient dense foods so you will obviously start to crave for less. In nature we don't eat till we are "full". That fullness is just bloat from grain sludge, sugar and artificial chemicals that irritate our GI tract.
It will take a few months for your body to adjust to it's natural diet. Gastrointestinal walls will strengthen, you will start to have harder and fuller muscles, increased memory and isometric strength from all the choline if you eat raw eggs. Increased fat oxidation.
