i agree, but dairy will very much stall your weight loss or even make you gain. Dairy isn’t even necessary, everything you need is in meat.

You should be eating like this regardless of losing/maintaining/gaining weight.

Although as someone who ran dnp few years back, if your goal is just lose fat ASAP, DNP is the miracle drug. I lost 12lbs pure fat (after i gained water after cycle) in 14 days with only 200mg. I have run higher dose of 600mg before also.

I don't even own a scale at my home, never tracked my weight nor my calories. all I know is that when I look in the mirror I see a lean figure without bloat.

my only guilty pleasure is alcohol but I figured alcohol isn't as bloating as it is when you stick to hard liquor and spirits. its hepatoxicity can also be mostly negated with proper nutrition, hydration and consuming beef fat.

I lost 20lbs in like 3 months. Results won’t be good until i build more muscle which is what i’m doing bulking rn

I used to smoke 4 packs a day before. right now I finish 1 pack in one month, I can go a few days without smoking.

I have both tried those gums and zyns, while delivery works (better than cigs) I do not like the way they feel in my mouth so I might as well give up nicotine entirely and rely on caffeine
