Looks promising for mild hair loss, at least delaying it and giving maintenance medium term

Possible that results will fall off again after a few years due to the nature of topical AAs

I would guess pyrilutamide doing the heavy lifting, that's already expensive enough $35-$60/month so no need to add alfatradiol imo

It could be either permanent or temporary maintenance, hard to tell since the studies cap at 1 year of use

Looking at similar topical AAs: RU seems to work long term, while Clascoterone seems to lose effectiveness after a year

Obviously this isn't as effective as fin or dut but it seems promising if you can't take the systemic impact

What sides on fin? For Ed Just take tadafafil. For Gyno take raloxifene. Problem solved. Mirin results do wonder about sutainability w/o anti androgens

Also dut has less sexual sides statistically and doesnt cross the blood brain barrier like fin so no neurosteroid issues higher corelation w gyno but like i said just take raloxifene to stop that if it happens.

It might’ve impacted your Gabaergic system due to lower allopreg but the thing is it’s not really definitively proven to do so but it seems that it can occur. Dut shouldn’t impact neurochemistry but I thought fin shouldn’t as well since it doesn’t really mess with the type 1 enzyme responsible
