All things considered 300 quid for what there doing is not all that much considering they also look at your racial feautres although I guess surgeons are also supposed to do that

just go to someone reputable that only accepts good cases in order to brag

Just look into the sample reports, they don't even recommend an actual surgery. If they do recommend something the angles and calculations they do are too niche and autistic for even cosmetic "black-pilled" surgeons to look at. You have to simply find your base and see a model that looks like an ascended version of you and make enhancements based on that.
