Outbreeding depression depends on the extent of environmental pressure. You can't really make a strong argument for that in stable human societies (feel free to try though).

Relation to the sun, blacks and other races are less adapted to the less sunny weather of Northern Europe, therefore they absorb less vitamin D which In turn harms their immune functioning

Stable human societies (as I specified) resulted in the development of both sun protection and cheap Vitamin D supplementation to accommodate both ends of that spectrum, reducing the extent of environmental pressure on outbreeding.

I mean when you're choosing the categories to judge what's better/ worse, you're obviously skewing the comparison towards your desired outcome...
There are pretty decent sized studies about the risks of getting different types of cancer that come to a different conclusion.
And I'm sure we both could find studies supporting either claim.

Now I'm also not sure if those studies considered for example the socio economic situations of the people involved in those studies.

I think we can agree that mental health issues are more likely going to be the result of social circumstances than genetics.

Therefore arguing white > mixed or mixed < white simply makes no sense unless you take more variables into consideration.

As a half indian half slav, I get memed trying to fit in with either culture by purebloods of that culture. As a result ive never really got that sensation of belonging and feeling of connection like "these are my people" type shit

Hence why i think that most of the issues that come with being mixed race are psychological rather than some genetic defect
