I will make another modeling modern Ashkenazi Jews and using PLINK to review inbreeding coefficient's with either Modern Ashkenazi/Medieval Ashkenazi jews (These exact files showed here)

To Summarize the Model itself

• Israel_IA.AG: Represents Israelite/Canaanite Ancestry
• Slavic_IA.AG: Represents Slavic ancestry (The samples used have very high Baltic like ancestry) Using Sunghur6 could also work
• Italy_Imperal.SG: Is Italic + East Med + LaTene Culture some (Celtic) Admixture
• Tunisia_Berber: Is just North African/Berber
