How to retain facial beauty.

So basically how facial beauty is formed and the general understanding of how it's formed is entirely wrong. Facial beauty isn't fotimed through "genetics" mainly, it's formed through habits and as for the title on the "how to retain" part; facial beauty isn't obtained; it's either lost or kept. You'll probably be wondering "Yeah but what if you're born ugly" in truth other than birth defects every baby has a perfectly proportionate face due to the womb's environmental consistency. As for the outside world, the environmental factors change drastically causing babies to turn into less attractive adults.

So basically there are 2 quadrants that determine facial beauty with 8 fundamental tenets. We'll start off with the beauty quadrant as it's the most known one which some of the people in here will already be perfectly aware of. Oh btw all of these 8 tenets are equally important, keep that in mind. They are EQUALLY as important.

The beauty quadrant:

When mouth posture, swallowing, how we eat and body posture are applied correctly through our childhood, the face retains its beauty. The Beauty Quadrant shows the direct physical forces that shape the face. When they are infact NOT followed the face gets ugly in other words the face grows wrongly; downward growth happens and you become recessed, greycel's downward growth means a vertically longer face its also the cause of breathing difficulties like small airways as well as bad dental structure like crowding teeth, an overbite, and an underbite. They're are all caused due to not following these 4 tenets. Now if you follow the beauty quadrant you get what's known as "forward growth" which can fix dental issues as well as hide nasolabial folds which are these things:

But, what if Im sick? What if I can't follow it due to bad health? Well, that's where this comes in:

Poor breathing affects mouth posture, a good example of this is mouth breathers. Mouth breathers can infact NOT maintain natural mouth posture. Poor diets cause inflammation throughout the entire body leading to unnatural mouth posture. Diets also impact how much you chew as processed foods are far softer than what we're evolved to eat. People with vertically grown faces(downward growth) infact have weak chewing muscles which should tell you how important chewing is. Exercise helps with the inflammation and improves body posture. Vitamin D also reduces inflammation, importantly, airway inflammation.

The inner U is the most important. It defines the growth of the maxilla, the most important bone for beauty. It's heavily affected by the position your tongue rests in your mouth, a core aspect of mouth posture. The outer U is affected by other parts of the Beauty Quadrant. Many people have good outer U's and weaker inner U's. A few people have good inner U's and weaker outer U's. Most people have both a weak inner U and a weak outer U. It takes strong inner and outer U's to retain all your beauty potential. Here is an example of someone bad development in both U's

Now here's an example of someone with good development in both U's

Many people who are quite attractive have a strong outer U, but a weaker inner U. Their mouth posture is not perfect, but they keep their mouth shut. People who develop in this way tend to have a strong lower jaw. This is caused by bruxism where people clench their jaws or by lots of chewing. Driven people tend to have strong outer U’s, as they literally grit their teeth and tackle life. Typically, they retain reasonable forward growth of the maxilla. This occurs because they keep their mouth closed, but they don’t keep their tongue on the roof of their mouth. The lower teeth stay inside the upper teeth, but both jaws don’t grow forwards enough. These people leave a tell that their mouth posture isn’t perfect. We can see inner U weakness, to greater or lesser degrees, by looking at the projection of the upper teeth. Typically, when the maxilla is underdeveloped, upper teeth point inwards, and the upper dental arch is narrow. There is also a gap between the upper teeth and the corners of smiling lips, causing a narrow smile. Some develop a gummy smile, as the upper jaw drops down, causing gums to show when smiling.
