Imo, bulking in my condiction (skinnyfat piece of shit) os a waste of fucking time most of the time. At my current BF I would gain more fat than muscle.

It is absolutely mecessary to get leaner as It increase metabolism and also test when leaner, wich favor muscle mass gain. Not to count the fact that starting a muscle gain Program while skinny Lean instead of skinny fat is FAR more motivational since progress is way more visible.

I fully believe in this theory that cutting First is actually way smarter and more logical. I have low Lean mass but not complete absent.

I dont think body composition Works for me, specially with no access to gyms.

Im doing some home workouts wich are simples, not intense enough but really helps to burn calories. Its better to drop fat, be at lower BF before hitting the gym again to dedicate on putting Lean mass.

Most men store their fat almost excludive around oblique/waist area in the belly and almost nothing in arms legs etc, except mb high in the thighs.

ive seen much worse examples. Your frame actually looks somewhat stable.If you lose all fat in thebelly, your frame will look much better, with some muscle gain in shoulders and upperparts of the arm.

hardest fat to lose is the one below belly button area, its a fkn bitch to get rid of.

Dude, you have indian pheno Indians are predisposed to store fat in the belly area and it's very difficult to lose it in this area.



I had hd liposuction to permanently remove the fat cells and to contour the area.

Im feeling a bit leaner this mornning. Im already doing intermitent fasting. I did fasting for 2 days and half a few weeks Ago. I plan on doing 24 water fasting every Sunday.

I can use this thread to show progress and motivate others. I want to leanmax before hitting the gym after this quarantine even It jeans looking too skinny. Fuck It! Better than skinnyfat.

As for frame, mine is not good but not so bad either. It was way worse before gym for sure. Thats why I believe blammimg exclusively on genetics is cope for being lazy. In fact, back is the only thing that I had a decent gain (nothing monstruous obviously) thanks to chin ups and pull ups, specially weighted chinups/pullups. It is impossible to not imporve it with those exercises

This was the leaner state I have ever been in my adult life. Not even a real low bf and people around me thought I was too skinny and should stop. Dealing with family, girlfriend etc is the worst part.

I am much leaner than this at 46 and I eat like a pig.
Move your ass and eat healthy. It's easy af.

I am 34 my Man. Im not that Young either. I spent too many years of my life eating McDonald's, seriously. Was careless about health before turnnimng fucking 28 years old.

What do You mean by eat healthy? I already eat red meat, chicken breast, potatoes, Sweet potatoes, carrots, eggs, cheese, brócolis, some fruits etc.

I no longer eat vegetable oils (pufa) and I ditched nuts like castanha de caju and peanuts because of PUFAs. Just Olive oil, coconut oil and butter.

So I believe that is a healthy diet already.

Push ups, sit ups, dumbbells and the exercise where you lay on the ground and move your upper body up and down (to train the abs, forgot how its called) is enough for me personally to stay lean.

But I do it almost daily.

Im not denying the thing with diet. I do intermittent fasting (16-8) and dont eat meat+dairy products, also avoid fatty foods. Sometimes when I kinda ate too much on a day, next day I eat 1x normal ammount and in the evening a few fruits like bananas etc.

6pack isnt fully visible yet. But then again I dont rush the sixpack rly hard. For me Id have to be way below 10% bf for six pack to be visible and I dont really want to be extremely low bf all year around. MB just in warm months, but not all year.

Oh and I take protein shakes too, like every 2nd day or so. No roiding or anything like that.

Indeed. No benefit to dry fasting other than feeling like total shit all the time, more so now during summer

I have huge lovehandles and almost all the fat I got is on the belly and sides, its quite ridiculous.

I always had that hole (marked) on the sides. Its kinda unique but If anything, It only makes my belly bigger because no fat goes there lol. Its weird skeleton

Restricted calories, mate. Cut carbs. No need for leto, Just cut carbs and only eat good carbs. Eat enough protein. You sure You cant do ar least IF? I think that helps to accerelate the proccess.

Do cardio. I have not been doing any lol, Just more light workouts with push ups and other same type of exercises that You can do in any place.

i have that too. once I was it my girl on the bed and she said I was skinny because of that but its not true I was like 15% body fat

Udpate: I believe that low carb is not for me. I know I dont have much muscle mass but low carb makes me see myself in the mirror even weaker than I already am. That glycogen effect that carbs give to the muscles is Very essencial for me. Low carb is shit for me. I'll stick with Just eating less and IF (24H fasting)
