Average day of eating: 2500 Cals 188g protein
6oz 2% Cottage Cheese
7oz Chicken Breast
1.5cups White Rice
6oz Broccoli Florets

Two Mangos
2oz Peppered Beef Jerky

Two Bananas
3oz Chicken Breast
One cup White Rice

3oz Baby Carrots
2oz Pine Nut Hummus
One Scoop Whey + Collagen peptides

Goal is to hit above my body weight in protein daily, don't worry about my calories. I only drink water, don't use any butter or condiments. Make sure you get vitamin C if you take collagen. Rotate between chicken, fish, and steak for my main protein source. Broccoli, spinach, and mixed veggies for vegetable source. White rice or sweet potatoes for carbs. No candy or fried food.

I always thought diet was overrated before I dedicated myself. Gymcels that don't eat clean are leaving so much on the table. Get a food scale. Learn to like vegetables.

Why do black people have black skin?
Because that's a climate adaptation to higher solar radiation exposure. It doesn't explain however body composition, UNLESS, it's also an adaption to warm climates. I've read that populations living in cold environments tend to have thicker torsos compared to those warm climates.
