Query regarding dark circles, veins, wrinkles on eyes

I have dark circles, veins and wrinkles on my eyes
I know dark circles, veins and wrinkles are one of these reasons below:-
Poor under eye bone support, lack of sleep, lack of fat, thin skin, collagen loss

I have dark circles for a long time and I think I don't have enough bone support or fat
I have used retinols, caffeine serum etc
The thing is I'm just 19 and sleep isn't a issue neither is collagen loss

So now for wrinkles and veins on eyes I'm using tazarotene&matrixyl around eyes.

My question is can I use hydroquinone 4% around my eyes in an attempt to whiten my dark circles?like is it gonna work or do i need to get surgeries done on my eyes as a last resort to make the dark circles, veins, wrinkles to go away?am i doing things correctly?

I have the exact same issue at 19, I'd just get fat grafting and perhaps some laser treatment if the dark circles persist.

do you smoke? I had dark circles from thin skin and smoking made it much worse.

Just get implants or fat grafting, you can also go see a doctor he ven 100% help you a lot

I have a vein too, mainly if i’m training or doing something intense feelshah

concealer fixes it for me, although if it’s a large bulging one i don’t see it working tbh

yes they're cope for dark circles trust me i've tried retinol , and other serums , although it won't hurt if you try , BUT if your dark circles are genetic , meaning you have them for years at least , those will for sure not work , it's purely pigmentation which would require laser ngl
