question about accutane

my acne is really only PIE Post-inflammatory erythema so only pink-red pigmentations like a scar, it heals with weeks i guess but i get new ones

will accutane fix this shit permanently

its weird i only get very very small pimples and they go away 1 day after and become a red-pink scar for 3 days or smth

Use azelaic acid (15-20%) and it should help.

niacinamide should help a lot jst do it for 2 months or 3 months

but when i look at the bad comments about it theres a lot of people getting more acne etc. i think accutane is the best permanent fix theres no way of it not clearing acne
