question about accutane

my acne is really only PIE Post-inflammatory erythema so only pink-red pigmentations like a scar, it heals with weeks i guess but i get new ones

will accutane fix this shit permanently

its weird i only get very very small pimples and they go away 1 day after and become a red-pink scar for 3 days or smth

Use azelaic acid (15-20%) and it should help.

niacinamide should help a lot jst do it for 2 months or 3 months

try Niacinamide for a month or two and expect great results

but when i look at the bad comments about it theres a lot of people getting more acne etc. i think accutane is the best permanent fix theres no way of it not clearing acne

isotret will prevent formation of new pimples, for acne scars and discoloration/hyperpigmentation topical retinoids alternated with high concentration azelaic acid works very well, dont know a lot about niacinamide but heard that its mostly cope, i prefer sticking to actual prescription drugs when dealing with skin issues

example stack:
daily: 20-30mg Isotretinoin
day A -> am: estriol cream + moisturizer + SPF pm: tazarotene/tretinoin 0.1%/0.05%/0.025% + moisturizer
day B -> am: estriol cream + moisturizer + SPF pm: azelaic acid 15-20% + moisturizer
