Question about articulation

Hi all,

When I speak, I have a "splashy" sounding T and slightly sibilant S.

I mew 24/7 and practise tongue twisters (although I'm a little lazy with this) most mornings.

Anyone know what the root cause of this is and how it can be overcome?
