How hard do u have to hit?

Does it have to hurt?

Or is it enough to hit more softly for a long period to stimulate growth
 
bonesmashing is cope all it does is temporarily swell up ur face and it causes asymmetry and nerve damage
 
just fucking bang your head against a wall and you'll get crazy results
