My upper teeth kinda touch my lower lip when I smile, does this mean I need to push my upper teeth back a SLIGHT bit then bring my lower jaw forward?

Also how much does it cost on average?

No clue. These technicalities are better left up to the surgeons tbh, who have your CT Scan and a specific surgical plan laid out, thats my opinion anyway.
