How do you actually tell if you have a low or high hyoid? Can you like feel it or anything? I have 20%+ body fat and I got quite a bit of fat under my chin, does this then mean = low hyoid?

take a compact mirror, go into bathroom infront of bigger mirror


place your compact mirror so that you can see your side profile ( 90° )

if your hyoid takes more than a 1/4 th of your mandible, you have shit hyoid and/or fat
