Question about overbite and fuck up jaws

So I've got an overbite, which probably is the reason why my jaw clicks and hurts. But I've also noticed that I get pressure in my ears when I'm running or exercising. Sometimes this also happens during the day, so I can't hear shit. And when it's cold outside or when I'm swimming I also get pressure in my ears and pain at my temples. Do you guys have the same issue?

Also how do you even afford jaw surgery??
