question about SARPE / palate expander

will it increase my mouth width? will it increase my alar base/nose width?

can i gain forward growth without a face puller with it?

27 years old, ortho said he would install a palate expander and surgically assist if needed

According to most indian orthodontists,
Mouth width is unnecessary

Imo u shouldn’t focus on that
just gym and lift and eat healthy
maybe mewing but not too much
