Social satisfaction. What most people crave is a sense of belonging and that they can be loved for who they are. Even if you have a high iq this still is far from a guarantee leading to the idea that there will be a lack of satisfaction because they are still not ever going to be loved.

You never feel satisfied because you see everything clearly - your own flaws, what you lack, and whats missing in every situation. Moments dont feel complete because your mind is always analyzing and comparing. You struggle to connect or belong, not because of others but because you cant fully be present. There’s always something more you notice something more you want. And the worst part is that you are fully aware on what causes this lack of satisfaction but cant really do anything about it.

It all depends on the environment

You need to go to a grammar school when in your teens and in your late teens and early 20s a good college, a high performing one.

Now you can connect with others and be loved for who you authentically are.

If not, then you have to rock with low resotion thinkers, be ok with dumbing shit down and slowing your thought process down so others can get it. And you have to be ok with someone that's not necessarily insightful getting props, but someone that speaks with confidence and a lack of fear getting it.

What is the solution of this without dumbing down the high iq

Because there mind is focused on the flaws that they cannot love themselves?

First, you cant really dumb down your IQ - if its high, youre kind of stuck with this mindset. I think there are a few ways to deal with it:
1. Stay in your head and focus on achieving something meaningful - success can bring some satisfaction
2. Find people like you - high-performing, curious, and driven - who understand your perspective and make you feel you belong
3. Accept that nothing may ever fully satisfy you, and learn to live with being highly self-aware, always analyzing, and rarely fully present
