@combatingNorwooding prolly know about this talk to him but frame wise it bad to only train neck for EXTRMELY NARROW frame average and below average arent harmed by this

The set up is the reason why I'm asking tbh. Even with a bench it feels unstable.If you want to maximize your neck then yes. The muscles that exercise train isn’t really big but it can look weird when underdeveloped compared to your anterior and rear neck

The difference is negligible anyway but it won’t make your frame look bigger for sure
It’s not only about traps, if your neck is bigger it makes your shoulders and overall bidlet look smallerthats what i thougth but effects are opposite on already narrow frames and wide frame having more traps and neck can make you look "bigger" on a wide frame and v taper but narrow frame it gets overpowered
traps are underrated if you have wide clavicles imo
i could be wrong tho but it a common misconetiopin taring traps makes your frame "smaller" only applies with narrow clavilecels
