I'm only 17 but being proactive>reactive in most cases of looksmaxxing

In terms of the cell, what can be done to slow down the aging process? I heard the shortening of the telomeres on chromosomes plays a role in aging. What legit techniques can you do (in terms of the cell) to anti-age?

Diet is the biggest one as well as lower cortisol levels. Minimize caffeine intake (raises cortisol). Minimal amount of carbs, mostly protein and good fats. Keep with your skin care, try not to get stressed out easily and obviously SPF and not staying out in the sun too long.
