The grass isn't always greener on the other side.

In 2023 I was given a choice to move to italy from poland, and I was up for the challenge (i also liked the idea of getting a lot of attention for being the guy thats leaving the school, my crush hugged me goodbye). Around a month before I officially moved out, i started really thinking about what I was doing, but by then the decision was already finalized. We moved to italy, I started doing online school, and that begun my downfall from being the guy who hosts parties every fridays, to now a friendless rotter who's only hobby is browsing forums & playing video games.

If I had a magic wand I'd go back in time and stay in poland, I think my development & social life would be 10,000x better than what it is right now. But oh well, it is what it is.

To not be passive and not wait 4 the perfect moment. I realized it when I hanged out witha group of friends ant there was this frien of a friend, we talked, we had fun and it was like we knew eachother for years. I liked her, but i let her go. I never asked for a number, ig or shit (im a dumbass) 2 months later i finally get the balls to text her and she brutally leaves me on read, while i just asked to be friends

Now i still like her and even as a friend it would be cool for me but from now on i've learnt to be always reactive in life in general unlike my past self

I didn't learn anything apparently, because.. I have continued to reject it until today..

- High school crush who eventually made a move on me

- The girl I lost my virginity to during the summer break between high school and college

- A cute girl from my first year at university who asked me if I wanted to go to church with her

- 3 fucking girls from my first job ever who all made moves towards me one after the other..

- A skinny model-looking girl at my current workplace, to whom I once opened a door, and then she smiled at me in the hallway and looked at me in a certain way, waiting for me to go to her and do smt about it.. (I obv didn't)

Brutal for overthinking & too smart cels, who think too far ahead, and don't just live in the present at the risk of losing everything like any normie is doing without any worry..
