why does this morph look like he has a tall chin but when i mesure his chin to philtrum its only about 1,8?

That guy is not a morph,it was a male and female dimorphism comparison.
The guy was a result of higher dimorphism and next to him was the visual representation of female dimorphism.

Chin to philtrum is not as important

This morph has a masculine lower third ratio
