I would like to know whether this shock plan for gaining muscle and minimizing fat would work somehow

Since 1 kg in a clean bulk goes from 2 weeks to 4 weeks, i was thinking in doing a small intermittent fast of 2 days every couple of weeks in which i would only eat 100g of protein in approx 500-800 calories or so.

I have serious doubts that this would destroy in a matter of days half of the gains and strenght achieved in the prior 2-3 weeks of clean bulk, but there is no doubt it would burn fat

Just eat normally and train normally and get your goal physique or something close and representative through organic means, then it will be extremely easy to maintain.

The strength cut won't be that bad tbh. I did workout for a while while on caloric deficit with OMAD, I got weaker definitely but it wasn't that bad.

The main thing I noticed was just less energy overall and quicker time it took for complete muscle fatigue.
