When people say you should eat less sodium to debloat does that mean you should stop eating as much as possible or to just limit how much you consume. Like avoiding stuff with high sodium or avoiding all things with sodium in it

If you really wanna debloat you have to change your lifestyle, but keep the mindset as ‘if you’re not able to grow it or slaughter it yourself, you should probably avoid it’ ex: red meats, chicken, fruits and veg.. no added salt or etc, other than potassium chloride

you need sodium to be healthy nigga

"avoiding sodium" is mainly targeted at fatass niggas that eat 2 kfc orders daily (which is packed with sodium)

if ur eating a healthy diet you don't need to worry about it.

you need electrolyte balance, sodium is an electrolyte. for sodium to have a negative effect you'd need to eat above 2500mg while also not working out at all.
