How would u get low set eyebrows without surgery

any softmax you can do can help slightly but really not much. if you need a big difference the only way is surgery

Minoxidil on lower part of eyebrow, then trim top once you grow hair underneath. Boom lower eyebrows, press the tick next to my name to mark as solution
