Sup fellas, I just turned 20 like 4 months ago, but I'd like to do a little experiment to see if I could actually maximize some facial bone gains. I understand this stuff is talked about a lot, but not a lot of people actually bother doing some of the stuff posted. On top of that, this type of thing is largely seen as cope, but I just want some advice from autists.org.

I'm currently running a simple stack of:
- 45 mg / 45,000 mcg of K2-MK4
- 1000 mg of Calcium
- Vitamin D from supplementation and sunlight (will sunbathe for around 10-15 minutes on torso and most of body, mainly for testosterone boost).
- Butea Superba 840 mg (for possible large conversion of testosterone to DHT)
- I'm also taking other stuff like magnesium, zinc, and potassium.

I understand the risks of getting massive increase in DHT when it comes to hair loss, so I will be pretty careful and for context during the past 2 years I probably messed up my growth potential by not getting good sleep due to college work, so I wonder if I can get a catch-up to my growth with this stack. I also hardly have facial hair despite my father having a full beard. I'll likely do roids if this isn't enough though.

edit: forgot to mention I've been doing hard exercises past few months and this month have been incorporating sprinting for HGH increase, and I have noticed growth from this, that's why I think this might be possible.

I'll look into the danny roddy thing. I understand t3 and t4 is mainly for height (correct me if I'm wrong), but will this also help with facial gains? The main reason why I'm bothering with this androgenic stuff is so I can get better masculinization. Should I get some blood work done so I don't fuck myself over with t3 and t4 doses?
I grew bones from it
storp doing hard excericse, stop that butea whatever- creatine increases dht by 50 percent in athletes will probably be higher in people who dont stress as much, sunbathe only in the evenings. try thyroid for height growth

I probably should have clarified about the exercise part, it's just regular lifting until failure. Also, about the thyroid part, should I take T3 and T4 then? Thanks for the reply btw.

yes t3 and t4 but it should be in a good proportion and with a specific dosing regimen, google danny roddy demistifying thyroid supplementation for more info
