This would help me a lot as even though im not that lean i still have a very bad undereye area and negative orbital vector.

1. Would it raise my lower eyelid at all? Would the shape of my eyes visually change at all, maybe straighter higher lower eyelid, less sclera show, etc?

2. How can i tell if i have bad infraorbital bones or just a lack of fat for whatever reason?

3. Can fat grafting on top of supraorbitals and undereyes give appearance of deeper set eyes or is orbital decompression the only way for that look?

4. Where can i get fat grafting for the cheapest price? Ive seen it cost more than implants in some places which seems absurd

yes

you confirmed it yourself, you said you have negative orbital vector

yes

send pic you probably need periorbital implants
Wait seriously it can raise lower eyelid? Thats hella lifefuel i thought only saddled infra implants could rly do that outside of direct surgeries like lower lid retraction and stuff

send pics
if your scleral show is minor it will fix it
How do i take the photo and angle cuz its only there sometimes if im looking too up, if im looking at myself in front camera its not there

My lower eyelids are droopy though tbey should be straight

Yes but minimally, if you have more exposed scleral show u will need one of the 3: Canthopexy, Canthoplasty or other more invasive options like spacer grafts

take a side profile picture, with phone on a flat surface, have your head on the Frankfurt plane. If your infraorbital bone is visibly behind your eyes or in line with your eyes, you need implants.

yes, you need a good surgeon though
