What if you get one to fix a bad hairline into a NW0 hairline but then your hairline naturally recedes past where the surgery was. would you end up with a gap/bald spot between the surgeried hair and the non surgeried hair?

if true how would u even fix that? another hair transplant?

If you did that, then yes, the there would be a "gap" in the hair. Which is why some surgeons won't even do transplants unless you start finasteride.

Minoxidil, ketoconazole 2% shampoo and finasteride ( i dont recommend finasteride it fucks with male hormones) , you van also add to them dermarolling and the redensyl from the ordinary for density

Yeah in that case you will end up with a hairline similar to this.

So a second HT is definitely needed if you don't want to take finasteride.
