My maintenance was 2300 calories/day when I thought I was around 83 kilos, from one moment to the next I started eating 1700 calories and I reached 75 kilos. Since then I eat 1700 calories (maintenance), I walk a lot and I exercise which led me to weigh 70 kilos with 14% body fat. Should I continue with that approach to continue reducing body fat or what path should I follow?
