1 - Did you get to 12% or less natty?
2 - Is there really a big difference between 15-17% and 12-10% when it comes to face?
3 - How hard is to maintain 12% bf or less all year long?

You can get to any bf% naturally. 15-17 isnt much of an obvious difference but 10-12 is bigger. Once you get below 15 percent the fat you lose will become more apparent because its a smaller percentage of your body. For example, a man at 28 percent body fat and a man at 30 percent body fat would look the same because they already have so much fat. But when you are at a low body fat, adding just a bit more fat is very apparent. Maintaining any body fat percent is the same until you get to around sub 10%. If you are at 12% body fat and you dont eat more calories than you use, then you will stay at 12%.

what should I do: bulk up to 167 pounds and then cut with clen to reach 10-12% without getting too skinny or just cut? Do you think im skinny for my height?

If you are going for the most looksmaxxing I would bulk up and then cut. If you gain muscle without gaining any extra fat, your bf% will drop. And then once you have the muscle mass you want you can try and cut a few pounds of fat. I am a similar height and weight as you and when lifting I was able to get to more than 170lbs at around 14% without too much work. If you can make it to 167lbs at 10-12 % you would look pretty shredded but you wouldnt really look all that big unless you took your shirt off. Depends on the look you are going for

1.Yes, mostly depends on genetics.
2.Yes, also depends on cheekbones. Personally 15% no hollow cheeks, 12-9% hollow cheeks yes.
3.Lower the bodyfat harder it is to maintain or even go down, without working out i feel like getting down more than 8% is impossible.
4.Lowest i was, it was 7-8% when i was working out and had very good diet for months, i was able to get even down but back then i wanted to gain muscle and didnot tried it, i was not blackpilled.

It depends a lot on genetics and your age. I think I've been at 10-12% since I starting looking adult, at say 14 or 15, and I'm only 17 now.
So my answers are yes, idk, and very easy.

I would say before you consider your potential to leanmax consider these things:
-How old you are, ideal age is younger than 30. Starting at 30 your bodyfat % will increase even with the same diet / exercise. (My brother went through this, despite maintaining the same diet and exercise, he had to reduce carbs to stay as lean)

-How fat you were throughout puberty. Your childhood and teen years are the only time your fat cells can increase or decrease in amount. After that the amount of fat cells stay constant, if you get fatter or thinner it will only be because they decreased or increased with size. The problem is if you have a lot of fat cells, the only way to be lean is to get them very small. If they are very small you will be hungry because they are ready to store fat, and you will usually gain it back. This is also affected by genetics, not just environment.

-Average body fat of family members while considering lifestyle. Look at your family members, ideally ones around your age and consider their bodyfat levels. How lean are the unhealthy sedentary ones? How lean are the healthy active ones? This will give you an idea of your potential.

I understand...I do want to look somewhat big in clothes, how much do you think I should weight for that to be possible?

You would probably meed to be around 175 or above to have a really big appearance in your clothes. With a low body fat you will look overall smaller in your clothes so you may gain a lot of muscle but if you lose 10 pounds of fat you might not look any bigger.

And of course depending if you have big pecs or legs or whatever muscle that may be easier to see, that can change it as well. The best thing to do would just be to start lifting and keep doing it until you look how you want to look. The most obvious muscles seen from the front would be your pecs, traps, delts, biceps, and a few others, so just a few pounds gained in those areas would really contribute to your aesthetic appeal to women
