I’m planning on hopping on mk677 12.5 mgs a day 10 weeks on 3 weeks off for around 250 days. I’m currently 14 almost 15 and I’m 5’8. I am wondering though if I need to take berberine or an ai if I take it, also should I get a glucose monitor?

get a real gh secretagogue and stick with it

12.5 is not that high of a dose to worry, i used tto take 30 mg one time, though look out for signs.
