I am making a new thread since no one is replying to my previous thread.

I have several questions about skin bleaching.

1. What is the least risky out of Monobenzone and Hydroquinone? I have read that one has to use Hydroquinone continuously to see results and that it has a cancer risk. While monobenzone permanently depigments your skin, which sounds nice and cancer risk is not mentioned. Can someone tell me about the risks vs benefits of Hydroquinone vs Monobenzone?

2. What are safe online sites to buy such products from? I can't buy it from stores where i live as such is strictly regulated here and is prescription only. I have seen that indiamart has many suppliers that offer this, but most want wire transaction payment, moneygram, etc. I have heard that it's a sign of scam. Can someone more knowledgable than me tell me about some good and reliable sources for such products?

3. Names of good, high-quality products

Take sandpaper and scrape out all of your pigmentation

Which concentration is needed for it to have a bleaching effect of at least one shade or more? Where i live stores can only legally sell up to 1% kojic acid. Anything above that is forbidden to sell, so i might have to order it online or something.
